    Hello, Good day. I finished my secondary school 2019 in Nigeria. I have mt Waec but i was told I can’t use it to get direct entry into a free university in Germany. Now i am studying German language at a pre university in Nigeria are the exam certificate enough proof for a one year course at a university? Please i need your advices and which other country can i look into that gives free education to Nigerians with waec or a cheap university.
